Was recommended through my in laws. Kyle was prompt with communication and discussed his availability (Kyle was much more proactive than the manufacturer company whom I had previously tried to arrange works with). We had service completed followed by replacement of ducted system. Kyle discussed options and was not pushy towards one option or another. We chose to undergo full replacement - Kyle arranged everything and even cleaned up after works completed. Unfortunately as things go my system had an initial fault, once alerted Kyle was prompt to come and fix and assured me he would assist warranty repairs directly with manufacturer if required (luckily this did not need to occur).

I thought I could survive summer without A/C in my new unit, I was wrong; this Brit cannot handle anything over 21C! I called Kyle to look at installing a multi-split system for me, and although he was on holiday he text me straight back and arrange a day/time to visit and quote the Monday after he returned. At all stages of the quoting and installation I found Kyle extremely professional, and punctual. The installation even took less time than he originally estimated, just in time for a very hot and humid 31C day, saved! Before leaving, Kyle took me through the operation of the system, including recommended settings for cold and hot and made sure I was happy with everything. The install looks great, very clean and tidy. The units are high quality and quiet, you can barely hear the external compressor when walking past it. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service and final product, highly recommend Kyle and his team if you have any A/C needs.
